Me too, just bought some today, 4 50lb bags for $117. Been feeding it for 3 years. My dogs do Great on it. I tried Diamond Extreme Athlete for about 3 months 2 years ago. I never feed puppy food. I have read a lot of articles about how puppy food is a manufactures bread and butter. Most talked about the only difference is the size of the kibble. I feed the same thing to everything. No problems.

Never had any issues with a dog getting hurt but I have killed several while hunting. 4 years ago I was free running two of my dogs off my 4 wheeler. A coyote was running along with us. If you are talking sight pointing a wing or rag, anytime. But do not worry if they wont. I have had pups scent pointing a pidgeon at 8 weeks or so but usually at that age they just want to catch it.

Illinois already has a similar law. If you have 5 or more breeding females you are suppose to be registered with the state, pay fees, get inspected, etc. Not really inforced, how could they? In most cases the only way it is applied is if someone is selling whole sale to a pet store.

The dose I give is .1 cc per 10 lbs year round. If you are giving ivomectin for heartworms only it is a smaller dose yet. I use to use the ivomec .27% (basically 1/4 the strength as the 1%) but they quit making it. It was alot easier to measure and give to smaller dogs. I believe my dose on it was ....

My pups get 3, 5 way shots between 6 and 12 weeks. I read a posting a few months ago from the American board of Vet (something like that). I believe it recommended 3 shots at 8, 12, and 16 weeks.
